Further, the company shall not be in a position to entertain the claims of the shareholders for the unclaimed dividends which have been transferred to the credit of the Investor Education and Protection Fund of the Central Government under the provisions of section 205A of the Companies Act 1956. Investors holding securities in physical mode interface with the RTAs, inter-alia, for registering/updating the KYC details and for the processing of various service requests.
